The 9 Guam Legislature, the Unified Judiciary of Guam, and other agencies, 10 instrumentalities, autonomous agencies, and public corporations of the 11 government of Guam that purchase airline tickets through the use of credit 12 cards, shall administer their respective accrued travel mileage programs 13 pursuant to the requirements of this Section." 14 "( e) Eligibility. 15 (3) A GDOE student who is authorized by a committee 16 established by the Superintendent of Education to participate at an off- 17 island academic, sports or cultural activity is also eligible for 18 participation to receive the mileage benefits." 19 Section 2.
