As decided at the Committee s previous meeting, the Twentieth (20 th ) Annual Meeting of the Committee on Nuclear Regulatory Activities (CNRA) will take place 8 th 9 th December 2008 at the NEA Headquarters, 12 Boulevard des Îles, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, starting at 09H15. The NEA Internet site www.nea.fr, Nuclear Safety section, under the heading CNRA, will have at the bottom of the page a portion accessible only to members and observers of the CNRA - CNRA members area. This site is password protected and will contain the agenda for the forthcoming meeting along with the agenda of the previous meeting. The URL is www.nea.fr/download/cnra. The various documents supporting the agenda items (see table below) will be placed on the same Internet site (associated with the relevant agenda item as shown in the table below) as soon as they become available. Members/Observers will be notified via e-mail. Delegates wishing to present documents, proposals etc., should send these to the NEA Secretariat (for the attention of Ms. Christine Charlemagne, e-mail: marie-christine.charlemagne@oecd.org) in electronic form at least 2 weeks in advance of the meeting. It would be helpful if the names of the participants could be communicated to the NEA Secretariat as soon as possible. This item covers recent significant events or unique regulatory challenges which individual CNRA members would like to bring to the special attention of the committee (Note: Countries wishing to make special presentation should notify the Secretariat at least 2 weeks before the meeting). Item 15: Round table of national reports. This item is the regular round table discussion on recent regulatory issues and events within their country (e.g., national reports). 4
