To adopt a resolution authorizing a joint meeting with the Sarasota County School Board, North Port City Commission, Sarasota City Commission, Venice City Council, and Town of Longboat Key Commission, as required by Section 125.001, Florida Statutes, and as described in Contract No. 2008-387, the interlocal agreement for public school facility planning;

EMERGENCY SERVICES A. To approve a term contract with Metz Culinary Management, Inc., for disaster event catering services for the Emergency Operations Center, for a three-year period; B. To approve a term contract with Mattison s Catering Company, LLC, for disaster event catering services for the Emergency Operations Center, for a three-year period. 7. GENERAL SERVICES To authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to approve a purchase from SAFE Boats International, LLC, as identified in the General Services Administration Contract No. 47QSWA18D005J, for a safety boat and trailer, in an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. 8. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES To appoint Ron Montgomery, Mark Latham, Lyman Roberts, and Angel Lara to serve the duration of the Mosquito Management Task Force, effective through June 2019. 9. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES To adopt a resolution amending the purpose of the Seniors Advisory Council, superseding and replacing Resolution No. 2016-142. 10. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES To appoint Philip D. Gorelick to serve a three-year term on the Human Services Advisory Council as a citizen-at-large representative, effective through March 2022, in order to maintain staggered terms. 11. OFFICE OF FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT To authorize a public hearing on Ordinance No. 2019-001, authorizing the issuance, from time to time in one or more series, of not to exceed $65,000,000.00 of General Obligation Bonds (Legacy Trail Project), to finance the acquisition and improvement of the Legacy Trail Railroad Corridor Extension. 13. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To adopt a resolution approving a three-year extension of Coastal Setback Variance Petition No. 79-03-13-439, to January 13, 2022, for construction of a new single-family residence on property located at 3807 Casey Key Road, Nokomis.

PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES To adopt a resolution authorizing execution of a contract for sale and purchase with Gregory E. Crabill and Jill M. Crabill, for the purchase of approximately 0.27 acres located at 2536 Gulf Gate Drive, Sarasota, in the amount of $272,000.00, and to authorize the County Administrator, or designee, to execute all documents to complete the transaction and modify time limits and closing date. 16.
