I need your input, advice and ideas about how we can effectively spread the word, quickly. Send all to: goodnews@houston.rr.com County Tales Galveston Island was part of the original Austin Colony that the Republic of Texas sold in 1836 to Michel B. Menard. Menard, a native of Canada, purchased a "league and labor" of land for $50,000 from the Austin Colony to establish the City of Galveston. Menard and his associates bought the site from the Republic of Texas. The city was incorporated in 1839. Galveston's harbor became an active port with ships from all over the world importing their goods and was officially designated a port of entry by the Congress of the Republic of Texas. ****************************

To date there has been no response for debating only hiding behind untruthful political spins. We the newly elected 10 th Congress for year 2005/2006 serving the Texian American sovereign people for the republic of Texas hereby update our previous challenge. For over ten years now, we have heard the Officials of THE STATE OF TEXAS and the media refer to the Republic of Texas as the "group that alleges the annexation of Texas was illegal." This is more than a "belief," it is documented historical FACT! An act of annexation by one nation of another is unlawful by its very nature as no government has such authority as it is a breach of Duty, Oath and is a theft of their private property and their law and naturally cannot have title. The issues regarding the "Debate with Evidence" offer are standing facts whether or not a response is ever received. The LAWFUL process of the Texas "Annexation" in 1845 without a ratified Treaty for Annexation; The superior lawful International organic Treaties describing the bordering of lands for the republic of Texas Nation that hold present day standings are: The 1819 Adam-Onís Treaty (1819-21) (united States of America with Spain) The organic 1836 Treaty of Velasco (republic of Texas with Mexico) The 1838 Treaty of Limits (republic of Texas with united States of America) The lawful organic status of Texas a republic Nation; The fraud perpetrated by THE STATE OF TEXAS Judicial System; The fraud perpetrated by THE STATE OF TEXAS Legislature; The fraud by the US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT/UNITED trespassing on Texas lands thereby dishonoring all organic international Treaties between Nations; The Texas republic s Common Laws validity Present a ratified Treaty for "Annexation" and establish respectability or show lawful delegated and regulatory authority of viability and patronage for misleading the people. Let truth prevail as light isn t afraid of darkness. If the Officials of so-called THE STATE OF TEXAS or any US/UN Officials have nothing to hide, they will accept this CHALLENGE. Their continued silence is admitting fraud and they have remained so quiet for so long; if others didn t speak you might think you are deaf. We also CHALLENGE members of the MEDIA to fulfill their public duty and INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT THE TRUTH- FUL FACTS of the above issues informing all the People of Texas, even if THE STATE OF TEXAS or any UNITED STATES/ UNITED NATIONS Officials do not respond.
