Johnson, DVM Animal Medical Center, 600 Broadway, El Cajon, for veterinary services. CONSENT ITEMS: (Continued) *1.6 RESOLUTION AWARD OF BID NO. 006-07, ASPHALT CONCRETE SPEED HUMPS ON CHATHAM STREET (Report: Purchasing Agent) RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt the next RESOLUTION in order and award the bid to the low bidder, Frank & Son Paving, Inc., in the amount of $13,350.00. *1.7 RESOLUTION TREE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT (Report: Director of Public Works) RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt the next RESOLUTION in order authorizing the City Manager to enter into a five year agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree maintenance services in the City of El Cajon, using the previous competitive bid results obtained by the City of Vista, and approve the appropriation of $120,000 from the General Fund Reserves to fund a portion of the maintenance contract. *1.8 RESOLUTIONS INSTALLATION OF CURB RAMPS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS PROJECT #13, Engineering Job Number 3067 Bid No. 007-07 (Report: Director of Public Works) RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council adopt the next RESOLUTIONS in order to approve Plans and Specifications and direct publication of Notice Inviting Sealed Bids to be opened on September 28, 2006, for Installation of Curb Ramps at Various Locations. *1.9 DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM CITY OF EL CAJON, ANNUAL GOAL FY 2005/2006, 2006/2007 (Report: Director of Public Works) RECOMMENDATION: That the City Council approve the proposed City of El Cajon Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program Annual Anticipated DBE Participation Level (AADPL) of 5 percent for FY 2005/2006, 2006/2007, and approve the Implementation Agreement with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).
