D-3 A Bill to Ban Tobacco BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. Tobacco plants and products shall be banned from sale, production, growing, creation, and distribution within the United States and its territories. SECTION 2. Tobacco products are listed here as: chewing tobacco, cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, snus, and snuff. Tobacco shall be defined as the physical tobacco plant and its leaves. SECTION 3. The DEA and Department of Justice shall oversee this legislation. ` A. Tobacco being a commercial product currently, all persons, businesses, and entities in possession of tobacco and tobacco products shall forfeit their tobacco within 1 year of passing this legislation to the DEA, with no criminal prosecution. B. Death from tobacco use will be considered a homicide, by those who own the corporation of the product that caused the death of the person. C. Tobacco shall now be considered a Schedule 1 drug. D-4 A Bill to Renew Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) will be renewed SECTION 2. DACA will be defined as the June 2012 Executive Order passed by Barack Obama that was in place until it was rescinded by the Trump administration in September 2017 SECTION 3. The Department of Homeland Security will oversee the enforcement of this bill A. Being that removal of DACA will cost the DoHS $10 billion, B. But renewing DACA will provide the government $2 billion a year in tax revenue, C. No additional money will be allocated to the DoHS SECTION 4. D-8 A Bill to End Deportation of Undocumented Immigrants Unless They Have Been Convicted of a Violent Crime BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. The United States Government shall no longer participate in the act of deporting or forcefully relocating any undocumented immigrants unless they have been fully convicted of a violent crime. SECTION 2. Undocumented immigrants are defined as foreign nationals residing within the U.S. without legal immigration status. Such includes persons who entered the U.S. without inspection and proper permission from the U.S. government, and those who entered with a legal visa that is no longer valid. SECTION 3. Violent crimes are defined as those offenses involving force or threat of force. SECTION 4. Oversight and enforcement of this bill is to be undertaken by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. SECTION 5. Funding for this legislation will be accommodated under the budgeted amount allotted to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency set in each year s annual federal budget. SECTION 6. D-9 A Bill to Administer Economic Sanctions on Venezuela to Promote Human Rights BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. The United States will now cease all economic trade with the nation of Venezuela. SECTION 2. Economic trade includes, but is not limited to, the sectors of petroleum, manufacturing, and food products. SECTION 3. The Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Bureau of Industry and Security, and USAID will oversee the implementation of this legislation. A. If the economic sanctions are found to negatively impact the people of Venezuela, USAID will send $25 million in food and health assistance to the people of Venezuela. SECTION 4. D-15 A Bill to Reinstate the Wet Foot, Dry Foot Policy in Regards to Cuban Immigrants BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. The Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 with the 1995 revision will hereby be reinstated. SECTION 2. The Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 with the 1995 Revision allows for any Cuban Immigrant that reaches American soil to seek permanent residency in the U.S. and eventually receive American citizenship. Any Cuban immigrant caught illegally in the waters between the two countries by the U.S. Coast Guard will be sent to Cuba or a third country. SECTION 3. The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement in partnership with the United States Coast Guard will oversee the implementation of this bill. SECTION 4. D-14 A Bill to Initiate Public Transportation for Alcoholic Bars BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION 1. The United States will establish a means of public transportation for any establishment that allows alcoholic beverages to be served past the legal driving limit of 0.8% BAC. SECTION 2. Serving alcoholic beverages as in each customer that is served an alcoholic beverage is subject to a breathalyzer test after the final bill is paid to ensure that the roads will be safe upon departure. SECTION 3. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau will foresee the enforcement of the public transportation and the necessary establishment with all companies residing in the United States. A. All companies that carry alcoholic beverages will be subject to enforce the breathalyzer test for each and every customer who has purchased any amount of alcoholic beverage. Customers may not leave the premises without taking the breathalyzer test and being confirmed that the official public transportation for them is secured or that they are under the legal limit to drive. B. The public means of transportation will be enforced as city or town bus that will take the customer(s) to their designated homes should they consume more than the legal Blood Alcohol Content. The means of transportation will not be provided by the company itself but by the customer and/or booster club for Alcoholics Anonymous. SECTION 4. Greenhouse gas shall be defined as a gas in an atmosphere that absorbs and emits radiation within the thermal infrared range. SECTION 3. The United States Federal Government will increase the number of vaccines needed to fight diseases for immigrants and foreign animals entering the United States. SECTION 2. Foreign animals can be defined as any animal that is imported into the United States. Mental health services, including therapy and medication, shall be provided to inmates within the United States prison system. SECTION 2. $250 million will be provided towards the establishment of these resources in public prisons annually for the next 3 years. This money will be collected through an increase in taxes. SECTION 3. The Federal Bureau of Prisons shall oversee the enforcement of this policy with the following guidelines: A. Failure to provide these services as options to all inmates will result in a fine of $2,000 per inmate not provided with aid upon request. B. If a prison is found guilty of not providing aid upon request five times within a one year timespan, the fine will increase by $1,000 for every repeat offence beyond that point. C. Mismanagement of funds provided by the government towards this initiative will be met with appropriate legal action. SECTION 4. This law shall go into effect the next fiscal year. SECTION 5. Whereas dairy products have harmful effects on health and whereas the U.S. government provides subsidies in the amount of 234.3 million USD to support the production of dairy products, therefore dairy subsidies are to be lowered by 23,000,000 USD per year so to completely end funding by 2028. SECTION 2. Subsidies are to be defined as an amount of money granted by the government to assist an industry or business. Dairy subsidies are to be defined as the amount of money the government is granting to help support the dairy industry, including but not limited to milk, cheese, and butter production. SECTION 3. The Department of Agriculture shall be in charge of lowering the subsidies each Year. A. The funds shall be reallocated towards raising public awareness about the long term effects of dairy consumption. SECTION 4. This bill shall be implemented January 1st, 2018 SECTION 5.
