Photo Requirements: a. Photo must be in high resolution. Do not wear glasses! b. No shadows on the face or in the background. Background must be completely white. c. No smiling and no teeth shown. d. Must be taken recently, within 6 months. e. The photos must show a full frontal view of the face and top of the shoulders. You must be squared to the camera (the image of the face and shoulders must be centered in the photo). The head not tilted to the side. g. The applicant must show a neutral facial expression and look straight into the camera. h. The photo must be clear, sharp and in focus.
