PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ORDINANCES O-18-2 10.1 Amend Land Use, Impervious Coverage, Schedule III Schedule of Bulk and Dimensional Requirements, Residential Zones (Introduction on March 6, 2018) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 20, 2018) This Ordinance amends Schedule III Bulk and Dimensional Requirements Residential Zones to provide that in the ARE-1 Zone Lot Coverage (all impervious) shall be 30% and Building Coverage (principal and accessory structures) shall be 15%. O-18-3 10.2 Amend Land Use, Abandonment (Introduction on March 6, 2018) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 20, 2018) This Ordinance amends Chapter 188 Article VI Section 188-39 Abandonment to harmonize the standard set forth in the Ordinance with existing case law in New Jersey. 11. INFORMATION Municipal Offices closed on Friday, March 30, 2018 in observance of Good Friday Public Meeting - Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 7:00 P.M., Main Meeting Room Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Program The Associated Humane Society will conduct a public meeting to inform Howell Township residents of the new Trap Neuter Return (TNR) Program which addresses the growing feral cat population matter.
