Beta Rho Chapter moves to approve the agenda for the meeting as noted on page 10 of the delegate handbook. Motion is seconded by Grand Councilor Young. Majority required. Passes by voice New Business: Report of the Finance Committee, by Chairman Matt Bordash, Epsilon Theta Chapter Delegate. Epsilon Theta Chapter moves to replace the word surety bond with the words crime insurance in the Bylaws. Motion seconded by Nu Chapter. 2/3 vote required: 46 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carries. Epsilon Theta Chapter moves to change the dues structure for the Chartered Regional Associations to the following: The fraternity shall establish the due date of Chartered Regional Association dues. Each Chartered Regional Association shall pay annual dues to the fraternity in the amount of $250, plus $20 per person. Seconded by Delta Chi Chapter. 2/3 vote required: 8 ayes, 35 nays. Motion fails. Epsilon Theta Chapter moves to set the alumni initiate fees at the rate of the undergraduate initiation fee and to only charge the initiation fee. Seconded by Epsilon Gamma Chapter. 2/3 vote required: 45 ayes, 2 nays. Motion carries. Epsilon Theta Chapter moves to adopt the following: The initiation fee provided pursuant to this Article is not refundable or transferable, and shall be remitted to the NH two weeks before authorization to initiate is issued Thirty days post initiation date said chapter will be fined an amount totaling 25% of the initiation fee established by the Fraternity for every pledge initiated without paying their contracted initiation fee. Seconded by: Gamma Zeta Chapter. 2/3 vote required: 39 ayes, 9 nays. Motion carries. Epsilon Theta Chapter moves to change the due date of the membership fee. A lifetime membership fee pursuant to this Article is not refundable or transferable shall be due to the National Headquarters four months after initiation of the brother. 2/3 vote required: 4 ayes, 29 nays. Motion fails. Grand Senior President Still dissolves the Finance Committee. Report of the Ritual Committee, by Chairman Alex Kefaloukos, Delta Chi Chapter Delegate. Chair asked to strike (GCA Installment during Grand Council Installment). Completed in each delegates report.

Delta Chi Chapter moves to amend the Pledge Ceremony by redefining the Seven Points of the Pledge Pin as proposed. Second by Gamma Chi Chapter. Grand Secretary Burns moves to amend the first point to read the top point is emblematic of the purpose of ASF of the first. Seconded by Beta Rho Chapter. Motion to amend the proposal carries by acclimation. Majority vote required on the proposal as amended. One nay. Motion passes by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to alter the description of the Corresponding Secretary and President as submitted. Seconded by Gamma Chi Chapter. Motion passes unanimously by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to add HZ to the Ritual as submitted. Seconded by Gamma Psi Chapter. Motion passes unanimously by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to adopt Colonization Ceremony as submitted. Seconded by Alpha Tau Chapter. Motion passes unanimously by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to add Grand Chapter Advisors to the Grand Council Installation of Officers Ceremony. Seconded by Alpha Psi Chapter. Grand Councilor Maurer moves to amended as follows: Ceremony may be conducted at times other than during Grand Chapter with the approval of the Grand Council. Seconded by Grand Marshal Ritter. Motion passes unanimously by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to strike and submitted from the HJP description during the Ritualistic Installation of Officers Ceremony. Second by Ritter. Motion carries by voice Grand Junior President Grissom moves to provide authority to the national staff to align the administrative sections of the Ritual to provide for continuity. Seconded by Gamma Zeta Chapter. Motion carries by voice Delta Chi Chapter moves to approve the annual Recruitment Award of Distinction (amended to be given to large and small community). Seconded by Epsilon Gamma Chapter. Motion carries by voice Grand Junior President Grissom moves to table discussion on the Awards Committee indefinitely. Seconded by Epsilon Pi Chapter. Motion carries unanimously by voice Grand Senior President Still dissolves the Ritual Committee for legislative purposes only.

Motion carries unanimously by voice Past Grand Senior President Gibson entered at 2:08pm Report of the Undergraduate Operations Committee, by Chairman Jeff Thompson, Nu Chapter Delegate.

Nu Chapter moves that it is resolved that the CEO and Staff specifically consider establishment of appropriate awards recognizing distinction in : Recruitment, Parent/Family Support, Faculty/Staff Advisor, and GCA Service Seconded by Grand Junior President Grissom. Majority needed. Motion carries unanimously by voice Nu Chapter moves to change the Code of Conduct as follows: (see attached) Seconded by Beta Rho Chapter. Majority needed. Motion carries unanimously by voice Nu Chapter moves to amend the Bylaws with requirements for officers as submitted. Seconded by Epsilon Chapter. Grand Marshal Ritter offers a friendly amendment to drop H titles and replace with secular titles. Accepted by Nu Chapter. 2/3 vote needed. 51 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carries with a show of hands Nu Chapter moves to approve changes to the Treasurer, Vice-President, and President requirements as submitted. Seconded by Epsilon Chapter. Alpha Psi Chapter moves to amend the motion to include that an appeal to the Brotherhood would have to achieve a 2/3 majority Seconded by Epsilon Theta Chapter. Majority vote needed. The amendment to the motion carries. 2/3 vote needed. 45 ayes, 1 nay. Motion carries with a show of hands Grand Senior President Still dissolves the Undergraduate Operations Committee. Report of the Alumni Operations Committee, by Chairman Mike Betz, Beta Rho Chapter Delegate. Beta Rho Chapter moves to approve Chapter Council Proposal as amended. Seconded by Delta Chi Chapter. Alpha Tau Chapter moves to amend the motion such that item K. will read by majority vote at the end of the item. Seconded by Beta Psi Chapter. Motion to amend the motion carries unanimously by voice Grand Marshal Ritter moves to amend Section B such that HSP is replaced with President. Seconded by Grand Junior President Grissom. Motion carries unanimously by voice 50 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carries with a show of hands

Motion carries with a show of hands Beta Rho Chapter moves to approve Regional Chartered Alumni Associations, and in doing so, strike Section 4 of the Constitution, include officers shall include. Seconded by Nu Chapter. Grand Councilor Tilden moves to amended the motion in order to remove chief executive officer or from Section IV. Thus, said charters would be approved by the Grand Council. Seconded by Grand Councilor Opel. Motion to amend carries by voice 48ayes, 0 nays.
