ORDINANCE providing for a 2016 Supplemental Appropriation (16-027) within the 2016 Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Budget to de-obligate $22,000 from the Sheriff s Office Roof Project (15010) and create a project to purchase Canal Blvd. generator and to replace the metal door frame to the electrical room (16027); and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said transactions as provided for by Article VI of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter. (M. GROS FOR ADMINISTRATION) 17. ORDINANCE providing for a 2016 Supplemental Appropriation (16-026) within the 2016 Operations and Maintenance Budget and Capital Outlay Budget to cover the shortfall in the Animal Shelter Fund to purchase new kennels; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said transactions as provided for by Article VI of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter. ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 5824 that amended the Operations and Capital Budget for the Lafourche Parish Council as well as setting the salaries of unclassified employees as provided for by Article V of the Lafourche Parish Home Rule Charter; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer any and all relevant documents. ORDINANCE amending Chapter 2, Article II, section 2-36, of the Lafourche Parish Code of Ordinances, to correct the address for the polling location for Ward 6-Precinct 3 (Bayou Boeuf Volunteer Fire Station), to further establish the effective date of same; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer any and all relevant documents. ORDINANCE approving a cash sale between Lafourche Parish Government and Arabie Transport, LLC, for property located at Lot M, Veterans Boulevard, Subdivision of Lot 6, St. Bernard Plantation Subd. (adjacent to Heroes Park in Thibodaux) in the total amount of $169,600.00; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said cash sale and any and all relevant documents. (J. JONES FOR ADMINISTRATION) 21. ORDINANCE approving a cash sale between Lafourche Parish Government and Sheri S. Guillot, as trustee of the Stephen L. PROPOSED ORDINANCE approving individual servitude agreements between Lafourche Parish Government and property owners as further identified herein for the acquisition of servitudes for the Westside Drainage Improvements Project in the North Lafourche area; and authorizing the Parish President to sign, execute and administer said agreements and any and all relevant documents.
