A Bill to Require Professional Jurors in Federal and State Courts 0 BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION. All jurors in state or federal courts will be professionally hired in order to regulate the intellectual and critical thinking level required to determine the outcome of a trial. SECTION. Jurors will only be required in cases that already require them, and they will have to pass certain tests and attend a school devoted to training professional jurors. Schooling for a juror will take a minimum of years, and will require a federally given exam that determines if they are qualified for federal courts and state courts. A BILL TO INCREASE FUNDING TO NASA 0 BE IT ENACTED BY THE STUDENT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: SECTION. The United States shall increase its funding to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration by five billion dollars. A. A board shall be established between NASA and Congress in order to communicate the needs and concerns of NASA in relation to funding. B.
