All Highway: Highway Superintendent Brian Gustad, appeared before the board with the annual 2017 supply bids and the purchase of a plow truck. Action 1787H: A motion was made by Bodenstedt and seconded by Freng to accept the low bids for highway supplies for 2017. All Action 1788C: A motion was made by Epp and seconded by Bodenstedt to approve the purchase of the 2002 Sterling single axle plow truck in the amount of $45,000.00. Voting aye: Epp, Bodenstedt and Woods. Voting nay: Swensen. Motion carried 3-1. Information Officer: The board discussed creating a position of an information officer for the board.
