NCPH Meeting: Feb 1st-2 nd Los Angeles, USA Diversity of views on how to address whois in a privacy law compliant manner Understanding that there will be some form of tiered or layered access Transparency Subgroup Rapporteur will reach out to ICANN s David Conrad to clarify whether the FY2019 budget include sufficient funds to implement the Open Data Initiative. In the interest of finding a new formula to ensure greater transparency of ICANN legal with respect invoking attorney/client privilege with respect to the DIDP and IRP processes the Transparency Subgroup Rapporteur will work with ICANN staff to determine how to use upcoming CCWG Accountability plenaries to incorporate the Minority views in the Transparency Subgroup report before that report goes back to the community for final review. GDPR, Procedures for Review Teams and Capacity Building are topics which demand greater dialogue between board and community 5
