From: To: To: Re: Via: Via: Phebe Frances Edwards Founder of the New Black America Political Party The United States of America Black Collective Comprehensive USA Black Collective Strategic Activists The Eternal Mission Kujichagulia Black Collective Agenda Bird of Pray/Prey/Prey/Prey/Prey/Prey/Prey/Prey/Pray Comprehensive Black Collective Global Communications Cyber-Local-Social/Inclusive Media-Medium The following agenda for The New Black America Political Party is submitted for the review of The United States of America Black Collective. This Mission Kujichagulia Agenda is derived from a combination of the following noted three resources that are reflective of the many policies, procedures and rules of engagement of individuals and groups within The Black Collective historically and currently in this nation. Because we are not a monolithic people, this agenda is a compilation of the issues that the totality of The Black Collective is facing as citizens of these United States of America. This agenda is in no way representative for every Black Collective individual or group. However, it is intended to be a benchmark from which the totality of The United States of America Black Collective can operate at the national, regional, statewide and local levels of these United States of America in order to provide a framework that can be strategically adjusted to fit the economic and political plans that are necessary for the totality of The Black Collective to move forward individually and in groups regardless of where each one of us reside. Membership in The New Black America Political Party is mandatory and there are no membership fees. However, participation in The New Black America Political Party is optional. The definition of Black is determined by me as the definition that is provided in the following youtube presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lndo9-r0ajk. AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 1

This agenda is a combination of the strategic plans and implemented programs of the following organizations: 1. The United Negro Improvement Association 2. The Black Panther Party for Self Defense 3. The Nation of Islam References for the creation and compilation of The Eternal Black Collective Mission Kujichagulia Agenda are as follows: A. http://www.theunia-acl.com/ B. http://www.nbpp.org/10-point-platform.html C. https://www.noi.org/the-ministries/ THE NEW BLACK AMERICA POLITICAL PARTY ETERNAL MISSION KUJICHAGULIA AGENDA SECTION 1: The motto of The New Black America Political Party is willed to us from the United Negro Improvement Association under the leadership of The Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey, Jr. Our motto is "One God! One Aim! One Destiny!" It is noted that most of us believe in one God, regardless of what we call Spirit. Some of us do not believe in the Holy Trinity. Some of us are not Muslims. Some of us do not believe in the Prophet Mohammad. And, some of us are of other religious affiliations and/or other philosophies concerning religion. Whatever your belief system, for purposes of The New Black America Political Party and All Universal Movements, I have determined that this organization will move forward with the consensus of a belief in The One Creator of All Things. However, whatever our differences are across the board, check them at the door and let us move forward to take care of the business of The United States of America Black Collective. Where we agree, we agree. Where we disagree, we disagree. However, we can be civil to one another, agree to disagree on some issues and still come AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 2

together to take care of the most important business of The Black Collective. After the business has been taken care of, you all who like the nonproductive behavior of non-cooperation and do not wish to collaborate for mutually beneficial economic relationships can begin to fight one another again. I have determined the immediate need is to control our economics individually and collectively. If one controls his/her economics, everything else will come to fruition. THEREFORE, CONTROL YOUR ECONOMICS AND DO YOU. The following information is provided to allow us to understand one another and operate on the same page as best we can as we move forward together. SECTION 2: SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT The Black Collective is encouraged in the process of heeding truth and right guidance. Respect, honor and obedience to the Authority of the Creator in all aspects of life are essential to peace, harmony, freedom, justice and equality. In the words of the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan: Selfdevelopment is an absolutely essential component of this microcosm of the new world. It is not enough that we grow horizontally through the acquisition of farms, factories, banks, industry, trade, commerce, money, good homes horizontal growth alone is death. All dead things are on a horizontal level. Therefore, we must grow vertically: grow in uprightness, or we will be overcome by our horizontal growth. The study of selfexamination; self-analysis; self-correction will quicken in each of us the self-accusing Spirit. For it is only when we are awakened morally that we have to face the self-accusing spirit that leads to our resurrection. (see, Letter of Introduction: Self-Improvement: The Basis for Community Development, December 12, 1986 from The Final Call). SECTION 3: EDUCATION AND TRAINING The Black Collective seeks education that is responsible for the mental and moral development of our people in all areas of society by means of formal instruction in a prescribed manner over a prescribed period of time in a system of learning ranging from pre-school through primary grades and through advanced academic levels, culminating in the conferring of academic degrees, under the direction of a National Board of Education. Additionally, The Black Collective seeks to have its true history and exponential contributions to every arena and subject matter across all levels in every industry of business and education in these United States of America included in the story of these United States of America. The Black Collective seeks this education to be comprehensive in nature at the national, regional, statewide and local levels where public tax payer funds are used to educate all people. The education of all Americans through the development of appropriate curriculums at every grade level will be led by the collaboration of the following Black Collective Institutions who are already keepers of The Black Collective flame for our history in AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 5

these United States of America and subsequent connections to Mother Africa across the Diaspora. Some of the following have curriculums that are currently being taught in public school s systems and institutions of higher learning. These curriculums can be modified for implementation into current education curriculums everywhere in order to promote and enhance the diversity that is representative of all people in these United States of America. 1. Marcus Garvey Memorial Foundation's Educational Initiatives 2. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) Education Initiatives 3. National Museum of African American History and Culture SECTION 4: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT The Black Collective seeks aggressive growth and development of the business and economic interests its members. This economic development is dynamic in nature, relying on the input of consultants with experience and success in business and economics. It analyzes the economic state of the community and develops programs and policies for growth and stability on the basis of the needs of the community. It translates skills, talents and interests of the Black Collective community into viable revenue streams and works with the totality of The Black Collective to encourage Black owned business ownership and entrepreneurship. The ultimate goal of Black Collective economic development is full employment for our people. At this juncture in our individual and collective journeys, Mission Kujichagulia will be a reality and not some figment of anyone s imagination. SECTION 5: HEALTHCARE The Black Collective seeks to maintain access to a responsible network within and without our communities in order to provide wholesome, natural food to the members of The Black Collective regardless of economic status, area code and zip code. In addition to food, The Black Collective recognizes physical, mental and comprehensive healthcare as a right and not as a AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 6

privilege for all Americans that should not be a conditional factor that is based on economics only. Private and health human services governmental agencies provide for the physical, mental and emotional well-being of all members of society. The goal of The Black Collective is the fulfillment of the intention of the Creator for every human being to achieve his or her potential for both longevity and good health throughout life. Its efforts extend to the family and the community as well as the individual. The Black Collective recognizes the mind, body and soul operate as one and when there is an imbalance in this relational existence, illness becomes a part of the individual and/or the group spiritually, mentally and physically. SECTION 6: HOUSING The Black Collective demands fair and equal treatment concerning services that include the development of all sources for informing the public of the policies, plans and strategies necessary for the free flow and accessibility of information essential to an informed and empowered citizenry. This includes collection, research and dissemination of current events, history, analysis; the publication of books, pamphlets, magazines and use of the internet and social media. It is also responsible for the development of information systems and networks to secure internal and external communications, media program development and management and establishment of media affairs designed to ensure members of The Black Collective can participate in the housing market of these United States of America and obtain decent living conditions that will not bankrupt their economic situations. The goal of The Black Collective is to make sure the generational condition of poverty is removed and future generations are no longer engulfed in poverty and other conditions that lead to self-destruction. Additionally, The Black Collective seeks to develop full communities with home ownership as the central economic force that will drive and enhance the forward movement of individuals and businesses, thereby creating excellent, superlative, and outstanding circumstances that will allow the totality of The Black Collective to thrive and prosper. AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 7

SECTION 7: ARTS AND HUMANITIES For The Black Collective, Arts and Culture is the promotion of aesthetic, artistic and cultural expression in way that facilitates mental, emotional and moral uplifting of our people. It includes visual and performing arts, including, but not limited to, music, film, dance, drama, literature, poetry, visual arts and sports. The Arts and Humanities include the promotion of theater companies, audio/video recordings, presentations, competitions and compilations along with annual Festivals of the Arts, concerts and the facilitation of other entertainment programs. This comprehensive genre extends to a wholesome sports culture for athletic competition and achievement. SECTION 8: ENGINEERING AND APPLIED SCIENCES Science and Technology is the continuous development of technological resources. This arena focuses on the application of scientific knowledge for the solution of human problems. The broad discipline of Engineering and its sub-disciplines, including civil engineering, the design and construction of public and private works, such as airports, roads, railways, water supply and treatment, bridges, dams and buildings are included in this consideration. Other areas of study are chemical, electrical, aeronautical and mechanical engineering. Engineering knowledge is vital to building infrastructure and the construction of residential housing and commercial facilities. Members of The Black Collective who have these skills, education and experience are in high demand in order to lead the Mission as we move forward and rebuild and build new Black Collective communities. The Black Collective seeks to utilize information technologies to improve overall efficiency of all areas of expertise that we are employed in and/or have received the appropriate education and training to create economic and educational opportunities for ourselves and others. This includes the use of web sites, webcasts and other Internet technology to maintain a global presence and collaborate with others for mutually beneficially economic and personal relationships. The Black Collective will work closely with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to develop standard IT protocols and operating procedures and encourage technological AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 8

education and training that will allow The Black Collective to compete globally and to be a major force to be reckoned with in Science and Engineering. SECTION 9: DEFENSE The Black Collective seeks to ensure the safety, security and survival of the totality of its members and develops policies and systems relating to the national, regional, statewide and local security forces of The Black Collective, beginning with taking the lead to keep our communities safe and maintain decent local neighborhoods. The Black Collective is also charged with the enhancement and protection of our own military and intelligence assets, structures and institutions. SECTION 10: JUSTICE The Black Collective calls for the total and complete reform of the United States of America Criminal Justice System. The Black Collective demands equal and fair treatment under the law as native born or naturalized citizens of these United States of America. We demand that the laws of this country at the national, regional, statewide and local jurisdictions protect the rights and privileges of the members of The Black Collective and provide for penalties to be imposed upon persons who violate or threaten to violate the law or disrupt the peace. No member of The Black Collective community shall forfeit his or her rights and privileges of membership in the community without just cause and without due process in reaching a determination that such cause exists. The Black Collective is charged with holding ALL Law Enforcement, the Congress of the United States of America, the United States of America Judicial System and any and all enemies of The Black Collective accountable for all acts of aggression against The Black Collective. As free citizens of these racist institutionalized United States of America, The Black Collective is charged with demanding an immediate end to police brutality against our people nationally, regionally, statewide and locally. The Black AUTHOR: PHEBE FRANCES EDWARDS 9

The Black Collective is charged with exercising its United States of America Constitutional citizen rights to protect itself. The Black Collective is authorized to activate its rights that are endowed by The Creator of ALL things from whom ALL blessings flow to enact all policies, procedures and rules of engagement, according to the will of Allah, by any means necessary, to ensure the survival of The Black Collective, individuals and groups.
