I recently was approached by Daniel Montagner about his construction project on Pennon Road in Kleinburg. I have spoken about this project with my neighbours and was given your email contact information by Robert Klein. I agree with my neighbours. I see no reason why the building project can not be built to meet the current By Law Requirements. I see no reason for any of the six variances and I disagree with each and every one of them. This is a nice, mature residential area and I object to having someone try to get around all by law requirements. With this email I would like to voice that objection. The Owner has submitted an Arborist Report which is currently under review by the Development Planning Department, Urban Design and Cultural Heritage Division. The Owner is encouraged to continue working with Development Planning staff to address the concerns pertaining to the proposed variances. On this basis, the Development Planning Department recommends adjournment until such a time that the Arborist Report is reviewed to the satisfaction of the Development Planning Department, Urban Design and Cultural Heritage Division and a revised proposal is received. The arborist report dated December 17, 2015 has been in possession of the city s Parks and Forestry departmentt for the last 17 months as I had submitted an application to remove the tree just before the Christmas holidays in 2015. The attached email will provide you with the background information to support this. As discussedd today at the City of Vaughan we are requesting an adjournment of tomorrows hearing to the June 8, 2017 Committee of Adjustment public hearing.
