Announcements / Safety Report (if needed) Safety on the Agenda City of Ventnor, NJ January 2019 Report Off to a flying start, the safety committee met on Wednesday, January 16th. There were some changes in 2019 Safety Incentive Program discussed. In addition to complying with all of the normal items, DOCUMENTED Tool Box Topics, Site Inspections and Job Site Observations with stated frequencies will allow an increase monetarily to $2750 if complied with. Of course, we will be going for the Max. The ACMJIF annual Safety Breakfast is being Held March 7th at Merighi s in East Vineland. This open to all departments, employees, elected officials in addition to the regular

Members of the Safety Committee. We did review two incidents, both workers comp related that occurred in December. On a timely basis, the Safety Bulletin on Snow Removal and Emergencies was distributed in the meeting agenda. The Monthly Wellness Newsletter was also included for distribution to all to start the New Year with ideas of what to do and also what not to do. Very Interesting and some exotic healthy menu ideas are always included. Ventnor is hosting classes on Blood Born Pathogen and Hearing Conservation Training as required annually. For those wishing to attend the February 13th meeting, please note that it will be held at 10:00 am, as opposed to the normal 9:00am slot. 25. Commissioner Comments/Reports 26.
