ORGAN TRAFFICKING CRIMES IN CHINA

Transcription:

On the 10th April, the Chinese regime's mouth piece, Xinhua News reported: "..comrade Bo Xilai is suspended from the Communist party and his wife, Bo-Gu Kailai was put under investigation in connection with the death of British businessman Neil Heywood in Nov. 2011..." Chinese bloggers quickly offered their analysis of the strange spelling of the name: Bo-Gu Kailai. Since the communists took control of China in 1949, the Chinese custom of the wife following her husband's surname has been removed. Some overseas Chinese migrants would have their husband's name as surname, but the wife of Bo who has been on the front page constantly, has never introduced herself as Bo-Gu Kailai. Bloggers state that the name Bo-Gu Kailai implies that Gu is now a foreigner, not a Chinese citizen, as the communist regime does not recognize dual nationality. It is known that many high ranking communist officials and their families have transferred their money and property overseas and have many false identities and passports, ready for a quick getaway when the regime falls and their crimes are discovered. Here we have saved some information which has been removed from Chinese blogs: 1 / 5

Rumour has it that since Bo and Zhou Yongkang's power struggles have been exposed, some of Zhou's assistants are creating 'games' on the web. Comments posted by Gu Kailai's old school mates in University, say that as a law student, Gu Kailai was known as Kailai with surname omitted, like most CCP princelings (children of high ranking party officials), and Kailai often missed classes. Gu Kailai, daughter of a senior communist party official, Gu Jinsheng, is the second wife of Bo Xilai who turned Chongqing into a 'red frenzy' last year, obtained a Singapore passport in 1997. Mrs. Gu Kailai registered her Kailai's Law Firm in Beijing after Bo Xilai served as the Mayor of Dalian city in 1993, but her office was located at Belle Building in Dalian city. In 1995, Gu relocated her office from Dalian to Beijing. Most of the business of "Kailai s Law Firm came from Dalian, Liaoning Province where her husband was mayor. Like most businesses related to China s princelings, it was dependent on their privileged power. Many Chinese media and blogs disclosed that during Bo Xilai 's rule in Dalian, Liaoning province, and serving as China's Minister of Commerce, he extorted money and accepted bribes via his wife s law company. There are also bloggers claiming that British businessman Neil Heywood was the 'white gloves', who helped Bo and Gu to transfer money to their private overseas banks, and to help their son secure a place in a prestigious school in Britain. In 2007, Ms. Kailai s law firm changed its name to Ang Dao Law Firm because, according to someone from Bo s inner circle, Bo and his wife worried that the name of Kailai s law firm was too blatantly related to them, and the huge amount of illegal income going through Kailai s Law Firm would impact Bo s future as a member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo. According to Mr. Weiping Jiang, a former reporter for the Wenhui Newspaper, who was imprisoned by Bo Xilai for disclosing the corruption of Bo and Gu, during the period when Bo was secretary of the Dalian Development Zone, Ms. Gu opened her law firm in the New Haven Hotel. Then with the promotion of Bo, Gu s business grew larger and larger, however, the root of her company has always been in Dalian. When Bo came to be the governor of Liaoning 2 / 5

province, Gu served as the legal advisor to the Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. In 1999, Mrs. Gu set up an exhibition in Xinhai International Convention and Exhibition Center in Dalian, and invited the media. The host of this event was Mr. Yijun Cheng, a Chinese-American, from Reese Consultant Investment Co. Ltd, Cheng is also the business partner of Gu. Many observers see Yijun Cheng as a puppet of Gu. A business man, who did not want to be named, whose former wife used to work for Gu and Bo, said that Bo used 4 billion yuan of government money to set up a fake Foreign Investment office, the Dalian Beverly Village, which was built for the purpose of money laundering. Bo organized an office in Japan under the guise of inviting business investment in Dalian, as foreign-funded enterprises can take advantage of many tax breaks and other preferential policies. There are 751 companies in Dalian registered as having Japanese investment, and some of them are fake. Bo was constantly 'offered profit' from those companies who required his rubber stamp. Gu's law firm was the main 'reception desk' for income from these bribes. Second cultural revolution? In Chongqing, Mrs Gu helped Bo to plan the renowned making the rich black campaign which is also regarded as a second cultural revolution. The purpose of making the rich black was to curry favour with the conservatives in the Chinese army and Chinese political circles including Jiang Zemin and Li Peng. It also helped justify seizing the property of the rich and bought Bo more political power. Bloggers claim that in the past few weeks, that there have been four cases of death directly related to Gu, and 6 deaths on the direct orders of Bo. At the end of January 2012, Wang Lijun was informed by his subordinates that Neil Haywood's death was not caused by over-drinking, he was poisoned. Wang did not know the real motive behind the murder at that time and went to Bo Xilai to check, but Bo was very angry with 3 / 5

Wang's discovery. Within 2 days of this meeting, 2 policemen from Wang's 11 man investigation group were killed, and another one committed suicide. About one week later, on 5th February, Wang was removed from the position of Minister of Public Security, and Bo Xilai had prepared a suicide note for Wang Lijun on 4th February. ( related report linked here) On Bo's instructions, Wang Lijun had set up a special 'psychiatric hospital' to imprison people who disobeyed Bo's orders or spread information about Bo's crimes. It was suggested that there were 1300 people in that 'hospital' by early this year. It is quite common for Chinese communist party officials to kill anyone who may stand in their way of corruption or power. When Mao Zedong wanted to purge his comrades who might be competitors, he instructed his wife, Jiang Qing to conduct torture and killing. Nearly every man close to Mao during the early days of the communist party in China, was removed, or tortured under Mao's instructions. Six years ago, news that Zhou Yongkang organized his wife to be killed in a car accident, was revealed by Zhou's hired man. It was said that this hired killer was boasting after a few drinks that how well he had done the task for Zhou. The bloggers think that it was in Zhou's early stage of criminal activities when he ordered his wife to be killed, and at that time Zhou did not think to kill his hired man as well. Now, After years of conducting organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, Zhou will stop at nothing to cover up his crimes against humanity. A Chinese blogger suggested that Bo and Gu have transferred so much money overseas that it does not make sense that they would have disputed with Neil Heywood over money. It must be something much bigger, or perhaps Mr. Heywood discovered their plan to taking power over Beijing? But other bloggers suggested that years ago, there were accusations that Bo Xilai had raped over 300 girls, and that he would not tolerate being known as a man wearing a 'green hat',meaning this man's wife sleeps with others. Xu Ming, the 8th richest Chinese according to Forbes in 2005, President of the Dalian Shide group, Dalian Shide Football Club Chairman, Vice Chairman of a life insurance company, Dalian Commercial Bank Vice Chairman, has confessed after being arrested in the last few 4 / 5

days that he had organized many women for Bo Xilai's sexual needs, among them dozens of famous actresses and models. Dalian Fulihua Hotel has a special luxurious room set aside for Bo only, and Wang Lijun had recorded Bo Xilai's 'activities' in this room. 5 / 5
