Comments from the Public No comments were offered. II. Consent Calendar (The Consent Calendar is Approved With One Motion) 2.1 Minutes of the January 3, 2017 Meeting MOTION: Augerot moved to approve the Consent Calendar of June 20, 2017. AJ seconded the motion, which carried 3-0. Public Hearing PH 1 A Public Hearing Adopting the Alpine County Service District Budget for FY 2017-2018 Dennis Aloia, Chief Operating Officer; Pat Cochran, Budget Manager Schuster opened the public hearing at 12:23 p.m. Staff Report Cochran stated that this is the annual budget for the county service district and was a approved by the district s Budget Committee on May 3, 2017. Public Testimony No testimony was offered The public testimony and public record portion of the public hearing was closed. The Board deliberated. The public hearing was closed at 12:24 p.m. MOTION: Augerot moved to approve the resolution adopting a budget and making appropriations for the Alpine County Service District for the Fiscal Year 2017-18, which begins on July 1, 2017. BEFORE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE ALPINE COUNTY SERVICE DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF OREGON, FOR THE COUNTY OF BENTON In the Matter of Certifying to the ) County Assessor Delinquent ) RESOLUTION No. 2017-017 Accounts for Collection under ) ORS 454.225 ) WHEREAS, certain sewer accounts within the Alpine County Service District are more than 60 days past due, and; WHEREAS, the accounts listed in Attachment A are considered uncollectable under current means available to the district, and; WHEREAS, ORS 454.225 allows for the extension of delinquent sewer payments to the tax roll for collection by the tax collector, and; WHEREAS, the accounts on Attachment A meet the criteria for certification under ORS 454.225. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Attachment A of delinquent accounts is certified under ORS 454.225 to the Benton County Assessor for placement on the next assessment and tax roll for collection by the tax collector pursuant to ORS 311.370.
