Project Summary BACKGROUND: The owner of the 1830-1832 Pickwick Avenue requests approval of a 28.0-foot tall flag pole in anodized bronze. The flag pole will be centered between the parking areas and 25.0-feet away from the building on private property. As part of the installation, the applicant proposes a light at the base of the flag pole so the flag does not have to be taken down every night. No landscaping is proposed for the pole base. POTENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD IMPACTS: The proposed flag pole is located in an industrial area where several other buildings have flag poles installed, as such, there are no anticipated negative impacts.
