A MOTION IS NEEDED FOR THE COMMISSIONERS TO SIGN THE STATE TAX EQUALIZATION VOUCHER FOR TRANSFERS OF REAL ESTATE FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH, 2017, AS SUBMITTED BY THE ASSESSMENT OFFICE. 8. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE EMPLOYEE S STATUS SHEET LIST OF NEW HIRES, INDIVIDUALS NO LONGER EMPLOYED, PROMOTIONS, DEMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS, AS ITEMS NUMBER 1 THROUGH 9. 9. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE FOLLOWING REPORTS: A. Coal Royalty Report: One operator reported collections of $2,149.70 for the month of February, 2017. B. Tax Claims reported a total of $547,227.52 was collected in taxes for the period of April 1, 2017 through April 28, 2017. C. Monthly Fiscal Status Reports for the month of March, 2017, as submitted by the Weatherization Department: 1. The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Standard Report. 2. Bids for the leasing of two tracts of farmland. 13. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO ACCEPT THE BIDS FOR LEASING OF TWO TRACTS OF FARMLAND, LOCATED IN NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY AND AWARD THEM AS FOLLOW: A. Jay Bacon Site to Robert C. Snyder Farms, Inc., Northumberland, at their bid price of $75.00 per acre. B. Four Seasons Site to Strouse Farms, Northumberland, at their bid price of $251.00 per acre. 14. A MOTION IS NEEDED TO APPROVE THE PAYMENT OF $200.00 TO THE OTTERBEIN UNITED METHODIST CHURCH FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MALICK S CEMETERY, LOCATED IN LOWER AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP, FOR SEVERAL GRAVES OF VETERANS, AS SUBMITTED BY VETERANS AFFAIRS DIRECTOR, BELINDA ALBRIGHT. 15.
