Moved by Councillor Andersen that Bylaw 11/06V, being a bylaw to provide for the licensing regulation and confinemen t of dogs and cats, be given second reading. Carried. Moved by Councillor Murias to give first reading of Bylaw No. 11/10 LU to allow for Rezoning of Lot 37, Block 7, Plan 0225665 from R 4 Mobile Home, to R3 Multiple Family Residential and t hat a public hearing be scheduled for November 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers and further to advertise the hearing in the Mountaineer for a two week period.
