International Economic Conference & Exhibition For Silk City & Kuwait Islands Guided by the vision of the Amir of the State of Kuwait, the leader of the humanitarian action His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah (may Allah protect him) towards transforming Kuwait into a financial, commercial and cultural center in the region and in support of the economic vision of His Excellency Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah - First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense of Kuwait and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Northern International Economic Zone - towards New Kuwait 2035 and making Kuwait a gateway to the world for investment in the North Gulf and attracting Arab and foreign capital in the package projects of the Silk city and the Kuwait islands and linking them with the global economic entities in support of the economy of Kuwait and stability of the business structure so that Kuwait becomes a safe haven for direct investment and support of businessmen and entrepreneurs. And in recognition of the role of the State of Kuwait Pearl of the Gulf and its leadership in the region as a secure and politically and economically stable country, loving peace and global coexistence and encouraging investment in North Gulf projects, The Afro-Asian Economic Council has the honor to invite the world to participate in The International Economic Council and Exhibition for Silk City and Kuwait Islands, scheduled to be held from 25 to 28 March 2019 in Kuwait under the slogan of The World Visits Kuwait. Where this international event targets the participation of more than 3,000 entities from all over the world and representatives from Asian, African, Arab and Gulf governments, in the presence of a large number of powerful people in business, finance, economy and investment from all over the world.

This International Economic Event will be The Largest and Most Prominent Event in the North Gulf region Reestablishing the leadership of the State of Kuwait, which has a long commercial history to stay the pearl of the Gulf through time. The Afro Asian Economic Council

OBJECTIVES OF THE ECONOMIC CONFERENCE Gathering the largest economic and investment entities in the world to allow them to learn about the most important projects of the Silk City and the Kuwait Islands. Meeting with decision-makers and officials of the Northern International Economic Zone in Kuwait. Recognition of the new investment law in the State of Kuwait and the investment and commercial opportunities available in all sectors towards a new and promising future for a new Kuwait 2035. Providing the opportunity for companies and global entities to display their abilities towards participating in the development of the Silk City and the Kuwait Islands. Marketing Kuwait globally as a promising country having all the economic, commercial and touristic assets as the world's gateway to investment in the North Gulf. The participation of Gulf, Arab and international airlines known in the promotional campaign The World Visits Kuwait and attracting 8 million visitors from all over the world throughout the year 2019 to visit the State of Kuwait.
