Individual speakers shall be allowed three minutes to address the Board on each agenda or nonagenda item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to ten minutes. Requests for any disability-related modification or accommodation, including auxiliary aids or services from persons requiring such aids and services in order to participate in the public meeting must make such requests to the Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting. Any writings or documents that are public records and are provided to a majority of the governing board regarding an open session item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the District office located at 5 Powell Avenue, Lemoore, CA 93245 during normal business hours.
