BOX 124, HAMMONTON, NJ 08037. WHEREAS, pursuant to advertising for sealed bids to be publicly opened and read for roadway improvements of Jimmie Leeds Road, Section 2A in the Township of Galloway, a bid of $991,072.85 was submitted by Krisanna Construction, Inc., said bid being the lowest responsible bid, and WHEREAS, this contract has been procured following a sealed bid process which constitutes a "fair and open process" in accordance with the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law, N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Chosen Freeholders ofthe County of Atlantic that the County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the said Krisanna Construction, Inc., for the total sum not to exceed $991,072.85 to do the work and/or supply the materials as set forth in the contract.
