Membership in the Ohio School Boards Association, effective January 1, 2018, through December 31, 2018, at a cost of $5,605. b. Public Notice regarding 2019-2020 school calendar: PUBLIC NOTICE The Warren Local School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with section 3313.48(B) of the Ohio Revised Code: Not later than thirty days prior to adopting a school calendar, the board of education of each city, exempted village, and local school district shall hold a public hearing on the school calendar, addressing topics that include, but are not limited to, the total number of hours in a school year, length of school day, and beginning and end dates of instruction. Please note that this has nothing to do with a current collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that still specifies days rather than hours (because the CBA was approved prior to July 1, 2014). RES. Each contract will automatically terminate at the conclusion of the school year (applicable year noted below) without action. Each contract will be for an amount equal to the amount specified under Supplemental Contracts within the negotiated agreement with the Warren Local Education Association.
