Motion to approve, on the recommendation of the Superintendent, the acceptance of the monthly financial reports of the Board Secretary and the Treasurer for the month of July, 2014 and further that, in compliance with NJAC 6:20-2.13E, the Board of Education certifies that as of July 31, 2014, after review of the secretary s monthly financial report and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, to the best of our knowledge no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of NJAC 6:20-2.13(b) and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. 2 F As required by NJAC 6:20-2.13D, I, Ruth Fanjoy, Board Secretary, certify that no line account has been over expended as of August 31, 2014.
