COMMISSION ACTION ON ROUTINE AND OTHER MATTERS On a motion by Commissioner McClelland, seconded by Commissioner Perez, the Board unanimously approved routine and non-appearance matters, Unfinished Business, pages one and two, items 4 & 5 and New Business, pages two through eight, items 6 and 7. 4. RESIGNATIONS, SETTLEMENTS AND WITHDRAWALS UNDER CHARTER SECTION 1016 TO BE MADE A MATTER OF RECORD Carlos ALDANA, Electric Distribution Mechanic, Department of Water & Power. Discharge effective November 14, 2017.
