This Board approved the labor agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association. (15) Resolution # CB-90-204, Dated September 21, 1990. As a result of a labor management meeting between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, a letter of agreement effective July 1, 1988, specified promotion, demotion, and transfer procedures for certain nurse classification between Norristown State Hospital, Haverford State Hospital, Eastern State School and Hospital, Philadelphia State Hospital, Allentown State Hospital, Embreeville Center, or Southeastern Philadelphia Veterans Center and other Commonwealth worksites. This Board approved a letter of agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Nurses Association, which revised the rates of pay for certain nurse classifications in the Allentown State Hospital.
