(Staff person: Mike Podegracz, City Manager) Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council hear the San Bernardino Public Employee Association s (SBPEA) appeal of the Employee Relations Officer s (ERO) written determination as well as all responses to same, and render a final decision as to whether to sever the three classifications (Accountant, Purchasing Analyst, and Office Assistant) from the General Unit, currently represented by the SBPEA, and transfer them to the Non-Represented Unit.
