No column should be left blank. Incomplete forms with vague entries shall not be accepted. Where applicable copies of supportive documents including copy of applicant s passport should be submitted along with the application form. 2. Applicants may use extra sheets, in case of insufficient space in the columns of Visa Form. 3. Two (02) Passports size photographs (one should be pasted in the box and the other just attached. 4. Normal processing time for the visa is 4-6 weeks. 5. Applicants could be asked to appear for interview if required. 6. On arrival immigration formalities are mandatory. (Police registration is applicable in certain cases). 7. Attach bank statement for business visit. 8. In case of family visit: family includes spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. 9. Visa fee is not refundable once paid even in case of visa refusal. 10. IMPORTANT: In case of minors (under 12 years), both parents must sign this form preferably in person (at the Embassy s counter); attach copies of their passports and child s birth certificate (fødselsattest). If any of the parents is unable to come in person, an authority letter (fullmakt) must be attached, which is mandatory.
