Section 1 Pre-Anexation Zoning Established Pursuant to RCW 35A14330 and 340 the following pre-annexation zoning designations are hereby established to be effective upon annexation to Issaquah, as provided below: A The Lakeside property shall be zoned Mineral Resource The Carlson property shall be zoned Intensive CommerciaL B All other properties shall be zoned to the closest comparable Issaquah zoning as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto A map depicting these pre-annexation zoning designations is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth in full Section 2 Duties of Planning Department The Planning Department shall make the necessary amendments to the offcial zoning map of the City to carr out the provisions of this ordinance Section 3 Duties of City Clerk The City Clerk shall record a certified copy of this ordinance with the King County Department of Records and Elections Section 4 Severability If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jursdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase ofthis ordinance Section 5 Effective Date This ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of the title shall be published in the offcial newspaper of the City, and shall take effect and be in full force five (5) days after publication Passed by the City Council of the City of Issaquah, the J- c day of ar,1999 IWllT40591 RIx)(,liOOOIO!)(XliIXlil - 2-
