College administration has done a fantastic job at developing the SGA officers as people and preparing the officers for greater challenges later in life. Time management continues to be an area needs improvement, however. New members may also feel lost and unwelcome when starting out. 3. Debrief on the two fundraiser concerts (WCMA & Berlin, and The Wallflowers) WCMA & Berlin event was a relative success, but sales for The Wallflowers tickets were far lower than expected. Foundation to come speak with the SGA to express their disappointment. Many factors led to the low sales, including: short time period to sell, old band with little name recognition, expensive tickets, and poor timing over Veteran s Day weekend. It is recommended that SGA be more cautious about accepting volunteering opportunities in the future. Additionally, if members have doubts or concerns about the event, they should feel comfortable to speak up.
