Details of the rooms designated for meetings, working groups and breakout sessions will be posted on notice screens and on the Conference App. The order of the presentation of items and the timing of sessions are subject to change. In case major changes occur, an updated version of this Conference Document 1 will be made available in the official Conference web page and App by the Opening Session of the Conference. Numbered Conference Documents have been distributed via electronic e-mail. It is the responsibility of each MO to ensure that their Conference delegation members receive the documents in advance of the Conference.
