VISITOR BAG SPONSORSHIP * Visitor bags bearing the logo of the sponsor company will be given to all visitors, company representatives, speakers and press members who attend to the Congress. * The logo of the sponsor company will be visible inside of the bag with requested design. * Companies presentation brochures will be put into the congress visitor bag that will give all of the participants.
GALA DINNER SPONSORSHIP * Gala Dinner will be held exclusively at the end of the first date, with the attendance of the senior company representatives and participant company representatives. * The table setup of the dinner hall will be designed with the sponsor company s visuals and table flags, pennons, roll-ups and redirects will be placed accordingly. * The sponsor company will be entitled to perform a presentation of 5 minutes to participants during the dinner. * The logo of the sponsor company will be printed on the dinner Invitation.
COFFEE BREAK SPONSORSHIP * The visual materials that includes of the sponsor company logo will be in the Coffee break hall. (Desk flag, flags, roll-ups and redirects).
NAME BADGE & LANYARD SPONSORSHIP * All the visitors, company representatives, speakers and press members joining the Congress will use name badge bearing the logo of the sponsor company. * The logo of the sponsor company will be visible on the front side of the name badge with requested design.
EVENT BOOK SPONSORSHIP 30.000.- * Sponsor company advertisement will be published in the activity book at 5 times which will be prepared in the size of A5, including inner and outer of the back cover and in 3 inner pages. * 30 numbers of books will be given to the sponsor company. * The activity book will be placed in the Congress visitor bag.
HOSTES T-SHIRT SPONSORSHIP 25.000.- * T-shirts including sponsor company logo will be put on by all staffs that are appointed for the fairground.
