ASPE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS For those of you who are going to www.aspe.org to fill out membership applications please be sure to indicate a chapter affiliation, there is a section asking for this, if you do not indicate a desired chapter affiliation, i.e. Western Michigan, you will be filed as a member at large and will not be associated with a local chapter. This is important to your local chapter as a portion of your annual dues are rebated to the local chapters for operating expenses as well as the credit for your membership which impacts the bottom line for Chapter Merit Awards. It also will assure that you are included on your local chapters e- mailing list for newsletters as well as Chapter meetings and other events and announcements. In addition, if you wish to run for a chapter officer you will need to be affiliated with that chapter. If you prefer, contact your VP Membership, Charlie Watson, who can assist you with the application process. BOOK SALE: Look for the order form in the newsletter.
