In response to item two on page one: I have served as a case evaluator since the inception of that concept and prior to that served on mediation panels for more than 20 years. In response to item number six: my home address is 49939 Schooner Court, Chesterfield, Michigan 4804 7. I have been a resident of Macomb County since 1977. We also maintain a satellite office for our firm and for my use, located at 85 Macomb Place, Mount Clemens, MI 48043. In addition, for more than 40 years I have been actively engaged in a practice of civil law to the degree that I estimate that 95% of my work has been in the courts of Macomb County. These have involved everything from trying family law matters, to trying civil matters of every description, except personal injury, i.e., contract litigation, all aspects of real estate litigation from sales, subdivision development, subdivision and condominium associations, and condominium documents, as well as partnership dissolution, and corporate shareholder disputes, and have even tried two family law cases. In response to item number seven: in recent years, although, I have continued to work in the same areas as above set forth, I have not tried any matters, but have been involved in motion practice, discovery, depositions and the like. I also participated in "settlement week" and settled all cases. In response to item two on page two: I have not practiced personal injury law for many years and have not applied to be a personal injury case evaluator for that reason. I was previously on a personal injury case evaluation panel, but asked to be transferred to the general civil docket. In response to item four on page two: I have arbitrated cases as counsel for a party many, many times during my career, however, not in the last three years. In response to item eleven on page two: I do not work in any of the areas listed in this question, however, I have mediated an estimated 15 cases per year for the past 10 years.
