How do doctors know which kit to use? To use the wet kit, the kit must be prior authorized. The process to get authoriza;on is through our PBM Our PBM Pharmacy Benefits Manager- is Vantage Rx. Rep supplies the forms to the doctors office to get signed up. Set up cost with Vantage Rx is $850 Then $50/month. Trestles covers the $850 sign- up. Reimbursed from first payments. Once set up with Vantage Rx, the doctor will know immediately which pa;ents are covered for wet kit. Vantage Rx authorizes and then bills for the kit for the doctor. Dr. paid by insurance company, not by lab.
