ROLL CALL 2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT At this time, members of the public may address the CAC on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the CAC and that do not appear on the agenda. With respect to agenda items, your opportunity to address the CAC will be afforded when the item is reached in the meeting. 3. FEBRUARY 19, 2013 MEETING MINUTES (ACTION) Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2013 regular meeting (Eva Kersey) 4. OLD BUSINESS a) PUBLIC MEETING LAW REQUIREMENTS (ACTION) Discussion of public meeting law requirements for the CAC, and possible action to schedule a training on such requirements for an upcoming regular meeting (Melinda Stockmann) b) ADOPTION OF BY-LAWS (ACTION) Discussion and possible action to approve the draft By-Laws for the CAC dated January 17, 2013 (Melinda Stockmann) c) CURRENT AND FUTURE SOIL TESTING (DISCUSSION ONLY) Discussion of soil test results to date, as well as plans for future soil and water testing at the Alemany Farm (Melinda Stockmann)

NEW BUSINESS a) REINSTALLING BEE BOXES ON THE LOWER BEE PLATFORM (ACTION) Discussion and possible action to approve the reinstallation of bee boxes by SF Bee Cause on the lower bee platform. b) REFURBISHMENT OF THE WINDMILL (ACTION) Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Department approve a fundraiser for the refurbishment of the windmill at the Alemany Farm (Craig Heckman) c) KEY ACCESS TO THE FARM (ACTION) Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Department approve key access to the Alemany Farm for particular groups or individuals d) INSTALLATION OF WINE GRAPES (DISCUSSION) Discussion of the possibility of accommodating growing of wine grapes on site, including opportunities, challenges, and necessary next steps (Jason Mark)
