Contracts/Service Agreements for Special Education: Tab 10 Recommend the Board approve the following Special Education contracts/agreements for the 2016-2017 school year between the North Babylon UFSD and: 1. Consultant Services Tab 11 Recommend the Board approve the proposal to enter into an agreement with Seneca Consulting Group to review the District s self-funded dental program as more fully described in the attached agreement. O. Building Use Requests: Tab 12 Recommend the Board approve the following Building Use Request(s): 1. North Babylon Bulldog Baseball requests the use of the North Parking Lot at North Babylon High School on April 29, 2017 for a car wash fundraiser, as further described on the attached request form. 2. AAU Girls Basketball requests the use of the Old Gym at Robert Moses Middle School on April 26-July 1, 2017 (Wednesdays & Thursdays); and the Old and New Gym at Robert Moses Middle School on April 29, 2017 and April 30, 2017 for practices and a fundraiser, as further described on the attached request form. 3. Academic Foundation Teacher requests the use of the cafeteria, use of tables, and access to the kitchen at the Robert Moses Middle School on April 28, 2017 for St. Paul s Food Pantry fundraiser, as further described on the attached request form. 4. Team Green Basketball Camp requests the use of the North and West Gym, and Yellow Cafeteria at North Babylon High school; the gym and cafeteria at Marion G. Vedder; and the gym and cafeteria at William E. Deluca on July24, 2017-July 28, 2017 for Summer Basketball Camp, as further described on the attached request form. 5. Adoption of 2016-2017 Budget Recommend that the Board approve the adoption of the 2017-2018 school year Budget to be voted on by the residents of the North Babylon Union Free School District, Town of Babylon, on May 16, 2017 with the total expenditures in the amount of $. Property Tax Report Card RESOLVED, the Board of Education hereby adopts the 2017-2018 Property Tax Report Card presented to the Board by administration, and hereby authorizes administration to submit same to the State Education Department in accordance with applicable laws and Commissioner s Regulations.
