Please list and describe professionalism projects the committee is presently working on or has completed. The Committee held the Second Annual Professionalism and Civility Summit in September 2014. In addition to distinguished members of the judiciary including Chief Justice Jorge Labarga, there were representatives from some of the largest and most respected finns in South Florida. The Summit took place at the Florida International University School of Law. The Committee also sponsored the Second Annual Ne\v Attorney Breakf'ast in October 2014. The event took place at the Dade County Courthouse, and it consisted of speakers \Vho discussed professionalism and civility. The Committee invited any and all local law school graduates who matriculated in 2013-2014. The Committee continues to work on its Mentoring Program (see below) as well as lunch and learn conferences throughout the comi system.

Please indicate how often the committee meets to discuss professionalism initiatives. List past meeting dates and attach the minutes from the meetings if available. The Committee meets as a whole, or in subcommittee form, approximately every 2 months, The next meeting is scheduled for FebruaJ)' 17,2015. Currently the Committee does not keep minutes, but this is under discussion at this time.

This is under discussion at this time. The topic will be discussed at the next committee meeting on February 17,2015. 5. If there is a website providing this information, please provide the linlc The Eleventh Circuit Committee on Professionalism has a Mentoring Subcommittee chaired by attorney Harry Payton. He has a list of approximately 40 certified attorneys who have volunteered to be mentors. The Mentoring Subcommittee has sponsored a two part Lunch and Learn Series on Professionalism in Litigation (January 2014 and November 2014). 7. How does the committee disseminate information to the local bar (i.e.: newsletter, email, meetings)? If the committee distributes a newsletter, please provide a copy of the most recent edition with information on how to subscribe. Inl'ormation is provided through meetings and press releases.

We are an active committee made up of one judge from each division of the court and an attorney representing the various practice disciplines (civil, family, probate, criminal,juvenile, and domestic violence).
