Key words India State of Emergency Constitution Postcolonial 7 State Building of Pakistan Ideology Movement and Problems WANG Chang -ming 33 Abstract The proposal of establishing Pakistan as a nation state in Subcontinent is the product of Muslim nationalism the political movement arose from intensive sectarian conflicts influenced by the policy of divide and rule under the British administration in colonial India. Two Nation Theory the founding principle of Pakistan consists of three ideological bases and theoretical sects al - Sayyid Ahmad Khan's Muslim Nation Theory Shaikh Mohammed Iqbal's Muslim State Theory and Muhammad Ali Jinnah's Two Nation Theory. The Mountbatten Plan as decisive steps of British policy to Quit India confirmed its political principles of establishing Dominion of Pakistan. With the partition of India and the founding of Pakistan Two Nation Theory realized a practical transition from a mere political ideal of early Muslim theorists to the establishment of a Muslim nation state. This theory as the inverse of One Nation Theory the ideology of India's state -building has positive influence on the construction of Subcontinental Muslim identity and thereby in the state -building of Pakistan and in the mean time it has negative one on a general sense in world politics due to its functional defects. Key words Pakistan the ideology of state building Two Nation Theory Pakistan Movement partition of India 8 On Iqbal's National Thought and Pakistan's Independence HE Hong -mei and TU Hua -zhong 40 Abstract Sir Mohammad Iqbal is a famous poet and Philosopher of Pakistan and his national ideology had enlightened and united the Indian Muslims which played a very important role in the creation of Pakistan. He is recognized as the pioneer and founder of Pakistan's independence movement. So far Iqbal's national thought is still deeply rooted in the people of Pakistan and is most respected and loved in Pakistan. Key words Iqbal National Thought Pakistan's Independence 9 The Social Modernization of Vietnam Present Situation Problems and Perspective QI Huan 45 Abstract The social modernization of Vietnam carried forward steadily since its reform and opening up. The 6th national congress of the Vietnam communist party raised the thought of People -oriented accelerated the social modernization process. During the period of 6th national congress to 11th national congress of VCP the social development goal of prosperous and strong democracy social equity and civilization had been improved so as to meet the demand of society transformation. In order to speed up the construction of civil society the 11th national congress unveiled the 2011 to 2020 strategy of economic society development in which two strategic objectives has been confirmed first is to continue to develop reformation of national education system combined with human resource development and high - technology application second is to increase urban infrastructure construction. To construct people livelihood and social welfare system became the main task of social and economic development. Key words Vietnam Social modernization Present situation Problem Perspective 10 The Development Policies and Prospects of Indonesian Auto Industry WU Chong -bo 50 Abstract Indonesia's automobile industry developed rapidly in recent years and has been the important economic pillar. Indonesia's automotive industry does not have own the brand and R & D automotive market is dominated by Japanese car manufacturers. With the rapid economic growth of Indonesia national income grows and the foreign investment in the automotive industry increase It is expected that in the coming 10 years the development of automotive and related industries will face development opportunity Indonesia is supposed to surpass Thailand and Malaysia to become the biggest auto market of Southeast Asia. Key words Indonesia Automobile industry Policies for the protection and support Car market 11 Lao Achievements of Reform and Opening up and Its Prospects Laos Khamnouvong 55 Abstract Since the establishment of Lao PDR in 1975 Laos advances along the socialist road by zigzag Lao PDR has fundamentally found a suitable way for its development by reform and opening up in the past 25years. The economy keeps grow annually the living standard of people increases gradually and the society remains stable. This paper aims at analyzing the achievements of reform and opening up based on economic development programs determined by the Ninth People's Congress of Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the prospect of its development.
