Item A- Club Recognition: Civic Engagement Club We are a club that aims to promote democratic engagement with students on campus and off to build a connection between students and the Flagstaff Community. We are loosely associated with the Civic Engagement Minor. Item B- Filipino American Student Association We are requesting funding for our Filipino Culture Night at the International Pavilion. This is a great way to share and experience Filipino culture. Item C- SB 30-148: Psychology Club Item D- SB 30-155: National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) NSBE is requesting funding to attend the NSBE 44th convention to network with industry professionals and build professional skills. Item E- SB 30-164: Axecidentals We are requesting reimbursement for out Send Off Concert. This was a great opportunity for students to practice on stage with an audience for later performances at ICCA competitions.

Item F - SB 30-165: 2018 Pacific Southwest Conference We are requesting funding to attend the 2018 PSWC in Tempe. We have been invited to present research and it is a great opportunity to represent NAU and the engineering department. Item G- SB 30-166: NAU Relay for Life We are requesting funding for Relay for Life at NAU. We educate the student body about cancer research, prevention and resources. Funding will be used for renting the Skydome. Item H- SB 30-167: NAU SAE We are requesting funding to attend the SAE Baja Competition in Washougal, Washington. This event will allow the mechanical engineering students to highlight their accomplishments and represent NAU. Item I- SB 30-168: Allison Cutler I am requesting funding to attend a lecture at Xi an University of Science and Technology in Xi an, China. This is an opportunity to gain cultural and professional experience and represent NAU abroad. Item J- SB 30-169: Carter Boro Am requesting funding to attend The Summer Projects which is an event that allows for students to learn about and practice outreach and leadership for greater involvement for student groups. Item K- SB 30-170: 2018 Western Psychological Association Convention We are requesting funding to attend the 2018 WPA Convention in Portland, Oregon. We will be presenting our research and have opportunities for networking and professional development. Item L- SB 30-171: NAU Global Medical Brigades (GMB) We are requesting funding to go on a volunteer opportunity in Honduras. We will be able to help promote sustainable communities in an impoverished country. This is a great opportunity for future health care and medical workers. Item M- SB 30-172: NAU Elevation We are requesting funding for an End of the Year concert for the student body. This will provide an opportunity for the A Cappella groups on campus to gain performance experience and share it with the NAU students and community. Item N- SB 30-173: NAU Pre-Dental I am requesting funding to go to Antigua, Guatemala to help an underserved community with their dental care needs. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and to represent NAU. Item O- SB 30-174: Arnold Air Society We are requesting funding to attend NATCON in New Orleans, Louisiana. This is an opportunity to build leadership skills, network and build better leaders for NAU and the Flagstaff community.

Item P- SB 30-175: Gamma Rho Lambda Item Q- SB 30-176: Student Health Advocacy Committee SHAC is requesting funding for the Sexual Assault Awareness 5k. This is an event to raise awareness about Sexual Assault to reduce the instances of this occurring on our campus. Item R- SB 30-177: NAU Trombone Society We are requesting funding for a guest artist to attend teach at a masterclass here at NAU. The guest artist is a strong trombonist that will teach us how to be better players and performers to expand NAU Music. Item S- SB 30-178: UTV Studios We are requesting reimbursement for sodexo catering, gas, rental props, and porta-potties used over spring break while filming. Item T- SB 30-179: Katie Carpenter I am requesting funding to cover the cost of printing a poster for the Undergraduate Symposium where I will be presenting my research on Neonatal Neuroblastoma Item U- SB 30-180: Spanish Language Club We are requesting funding to host Noche sin Estres as an opportunity to promote mental well-being before finals. Funding will be used for Sodexo catering. Item V- SB 30-181: Theta Chi We are requesting funding for G.I Theta Chi. This is an event that helps the fraternity get more involved on campus and fulfill philanthropy requirements and supports UNited Services Organization and the US Military by extension. Item W- SB 30-182: USITT We are requesting reimbursement for attending the USITT Conference. This is a conference at which theatre students can network, gain internship or employment opportunities and represent NAU. Senator Blair: How much later was it turned in? Senator Carpenter: It was one week late, excluding spring break. Senator Gibson: Did the senator that wrote this bill tell you it was passed the deadline? Speaker: I was thrown in to filling out the packet as the officer that held this position before failed to Senator Graham: We have already turned down clubs for turning in packets late, it would be unfair to them to accept this one. I will be ordering another Terracyle box and I had the President's Green groups update this morning and told Dr. Cheng all about the great sustainable things that ASNAU is working on! Reviewed syllabi for our last UUC meeting happening next Wednesday. I wrote a bill for Arnold Air Society. Our Dinner with the Dean took place Wednesday evening. I was not able to attend due to class, but I have
