I would arrive Sunday, March 11 th and travel back Tuesday, March 13 th after 1pm. Cost would be travel, hotel and meals. Room rate $135.00 per night. See attached. Cancelled due to not being able to set up specific appointments with local representatives. Decided since I could not get all the meetings to cancel and instead set up meetings here locally.
