CALL PUBLIC MEETING TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tern Fowler Tern Kevin Fowler meeting order at 4: 02 p. m. Present were Mayor Pro Councilmembers Patrick Trowbridge, Dana Macalik, John called Hohenshelt, Bennie Daniels Trace Johannesen. She explained that Highl Drive is on list for norrn half City is ranked 3rd in priority on that list. The project, in tality, is 1, 880' in length. Beginning shortly, RISD will demolish Reinhardt Elementary which fronts Highl, during 18-19 school year will rebuild it from ground up. It makes sense plan reconstruct stretch Highl in front Reinhardt during this time when traffic will be light mostly construction -related.
