TEACHER S COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT: 16-100 WHEREAS, the District has engaged in negotiations with the East Clinton Education Association ( Association ), the collective bargaining representative for the District s employees who are members of the bargaining unit; and WHEREAS, on August 20, 2016, the District and the Association reached a tentative agreement on all issues to conclude negotiations (the tentative agreement ); and WHEREAS, the Association s membership has ratified the tentative agreement; and WHEREAS, the Superintendent recommends that the tentative agreement be approved by the Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board approves the tentative agreement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Superintendent and the Treasurer are authorized to take any and all actions needed to effectuate the foregoing resolution, including but not limited to executing a final version of the collective bargaining agreement consistent with the tentative agreement. ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS: 16-101 The treasurer recommends the East Clinton Board of Education adopt the following resolution: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of the East Clinton Local School District, Clinton County, Ohio, that to provide for the current expenses and other expenditures of said Board of Education during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, the following sums be and the same hereby set aside and appropriated for several purposes for which are to be made and during said fiscal year.
