RESOLUTION 84-14 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN BRUNINI FROM THE POSITION OF CONSTRUCTION CODE OFFICIAL EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2014. m/baker s/zappariello WHEREAS, John Brunini served as the Construction Code Official for many years; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Buena that the resignation of John Brunini be regretfully accepted effective June 30, 2014.

RESOLUTION 88-14 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JEROME VOLPE AS ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR FOR THE BOROUGH OF BUENA EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2014. s/baker s/zappariello WHEREAS, John Brunini, Electrical Inspector of the Borough of Buena has resigned effective June 30, 2014; and WHEREAS, Jerome Volpe is duly licensed and qualified to serve as an Electrical Inspector; and WHEREAS, the said Jerome Volpe has agreed to serve as Electrical Inspector in the Borough of Buena effective July 1, 2014. follows: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of Buena as 1. Jerome Volpe be and he is hereby provisionally appointed as Electrical Inspector in the Borough of Buena, effective July 1, 2014. 2. Jerome Volpe shall be paid bi-weekly as specified in the current Buena Borough salary ordinance. 3. A certified copy of this resolution shall be submitted to the Department of Community Affairs by the Clerk of the Borough of Buena to advise them of the appointment set forth herein.
