- 7 - Opening of the Online Registration System for COP 21/CMP 11 The Online Registration System (ORS) for Parties and observer States to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol to nominate their delegations for their attendance at the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 21/CMP 11, to be held from 30 November to 11 December 2015, Le Bourget, France is now open. The secretariat has opened the ORS before the issuance of the formal notification of the sessions to allow more time for the processing of nominations of delegations. Parties are encouraged to access the ORS as early as possible for nomination and confirmation of their delegations to allow smooth nomination and confirmation of their representatives for the session. The ORS for intergovernmental organizations (IGOs) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) admitted as observers by the Conference of the Parties to nominate their representatives for COP 21/CMP 11 is open until 22 June 2015 at midnight Central European Time (CET). Only the admitted observer organizations that have nominated their representatives by the above deadline will be able to attend COP 21/CMP 11. The level of attendance by the observer organizations will be managed in accordance with the capacity and services of the premises and taking into consideration security and safety matters. From 29 June 2015 until 26 November 2015 at midnight CET, the observer organizations that have submitted their nominations in time will be able to confirm them in accordance with the managed number provided by the secretariat.
