3) Applications/petitions for review/clarification of the orders or Speaking to the Minutes to the Orders passed by the Division Bench of which the Senior Judge is not available, be placed before the Division Bench consisting of the Junior Judge of the former Division Bench. 4) Applications/petitions for review/clarification of the orders or Speaking to the Minutes to the Orders passed by the Division Bench of which the Senior Judge is not available and the Junior Judge is sitting single be placed before the Division Bench consisting of Hon'ble Shri Justice A.A. Sayed and the Junior Judge of the former Division Bench. 5) The Applications/Petitions for review/clarification of the orders or Speaking to the Minutes to the orders passed by the Division Bench of which both the Judges are not available be placed before the Division Bench headed by the Hon'ble Shri Justice A. A. Sayed. 6) The Applications/Petitions for review/clarification of the orders or Speaking to the Minutes to the orders passed by the Single Judge who is not available shall be placed before the Single Judge before whom the main matter would lie if it were pending. 7) Contempt Petition (Civil) will be taken up by the concerned Division Bench or Single Judge, as the case may be, before which the main matter is pending or before which the main matter would lie if it were pending. 8) The Larger Benches and Special Benches will, as far as possible, be constituted on Friday. 9) The matters in Chambers during lunch may be taken up subject to convenience of the Hon'ble Judges, and if they so desire. 10) In respect of all Part heard matters, those shall cease to be Part heard after change in assignment. However, in case, a proposal for hearing of Part heard matters is forwarded by concerned Bench/ Court, on the parties making such request, such proposal will be placed before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Only upon approval of such proposal by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice, such matters, will be assigned to concerned Bench / Court. High Court, Original Side, Bombay.
