Presidents Report FEB 2014 Gentlemen, we are well on our way in the new year. It has been a different type of winter than we are custom to in awhile. In no time thou spring will be here and outdoor flying will be at its fullest. In the mean time lets get those unfinished models finalized and ready for maidens, hmm got a few of those myself. Also if you have not yet attempted indoor flying, it is a great tool to keep you up with all the flying disciplines, eg: rudder, control, throttle management and many others. At our next meeting on Feb 3 rd, on our agenda, first off we have the year-end financials for 2013 to discuss, then the budget for 2014 and also the event schedule for the year. As we discuss the events schedule and have an idea for an event you would like to see on our schedule, please bring it up so that we can discuss it. As for after our business part of the meeting, Bill Green is setting up some educational items that all we use throughout our model builds: electrical prep, as to batteries, soldering and wiring.
Jim Bridge has stated that he will be bringing his card laminator to the next meeting; please remember to sign the membership card before you get it laminated. I also want to remind all that both your Maac and Club dues must be in good standing before you can use any of our facilities, so that both you and the club is fully covered from any liabilities.
