Approve (amount not to exceed $500,000.00) b) Utility Easement with Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power dba Blackhills Energy to be located along 22 nd Street between Pioneer Avenue and O Neil Avenue. 21. CHANGE ORDERS/CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS a) [CA] Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement, Contract No. 6828, between the City of Cheyenne and Terracon Consultants for the 2018 Capitol North Historic District Expansion, to extend the completion date. (FINANCE COMMITTEE) Approve b) [CA] Contract Modification #2 to Contract #6759 between the City of Cheyenne and Collins Engineers, Inc., for additional construction management services for the Christensen Road Overpass Project (1% Specific Purpose Sales Tax).
